INVITED AND ORAL SPEAKERS
All invited and oral presentation speakers are requested to submit their presentations to the Speakers' Ready Room at least 1 hour before the start of your session.
The Speakers' Ready Room will be clearly sign posted at the Congress.
PLEASE NOTE, THAT ALL SPEAKERS MUST INCLUDE A SLIDE REGARDING ANY CONFLICTS OF INTEREST AT THE BEGINNING OF THEIR PRESENTATION.

All screens in session halls are going to be 16:9, except for the Moore Hall – which will be 4:3.
If using a PowerPoint presentation (or any other format, such as PDF), please note must bring it on a "disk on key" Memory stick (using the USB port in the computer) and load it on one of the Congress computers in the Speakers' Ready Room, at least 1 hour before the start of the session.
If combining video films with PowerPoint, please make sure to check it in the session hall where your lecture is taking place during a coffee or lunch break prior to your session, at least 30 minutes before the start of the session - even after checking it in the Speakers' Ready Room. The Congress will be using Powerpoint 365.
You may only supply your own laptop computer as a back-up.
Please note that the computers in the session halls are being supplied with Windows 7 and Office 2010.
It will not be possible to use your own Macintosh laptop computer, however a specialist Mac AV technician will be available in the Speakers' Ready Room to assist any Mac users to load their presentations from their Mac Laptops.
Abstracts selected for poster viewing presentation are requested to upload an E-Poster which will be on display in the E-Poster Area, in the Pickwick Hall.
Abstracts selected for E-Poster viewing presentation are requested to prepare ONLY an E-Poster which can be viewed at the E-Poster stations throughout the Congress.
Electronic Posters or E-posters are similar to traditional paper posters, but displayed on-site on a large LCD television screen and are available for electronic viewing at all times for participants.All accepted poster presenters will have received an email from our E-Poster service provider with a personal link in order to upload posters to the E-Poster site.If you have not received this email and the link, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org who will be happy to assist you.Please include your designated poster number and your name in the email.
E-Posters will be available at the E-poster stations at the Congress. Viewers will be able to easily find and browse E-posters and download the posters in PDF format when permitted by the presenter.
These posters do not require printing or production of materials – as your work will be presented electronically.
All E-Poster Presentations have been scheduled in one shift from Tuesday, 13 September until the end of sessions on Friday, 16 September.
